Hello Hidalgo County!

I’m thrilled to be serving as your Family & Community Health Agent since 2014. Born and raised right here in Edinburg, I know firsthand the amazing possibilities hidden within our city and county. My passion lies in helping individuals through education, especially in the areas of health and wellness.

As your Family & Community Health Agent, I work with schools, centers, and organizations to bring you:

  • Engaging family programs: Fostering strong connections and healthy habits within your homes.
  • Valuable health & wellness resources: Equipping you with the knowledge and tools to thrive.
  • Opportunities to increase volunteerism: Making a positive impact alongside your neighbors.

Whether it’s planning and implementing education programs on parenting, anger management, or child passenger safety, facilitating the amazing Master Clothing Volunteers group, or coordinating exciting 4-H events, my goal is always the same: to help make Hidalgo County the best it can be.

I’m excited to meet you and work together to build a healthier, happier community for everyone!
