County 4-H Educational Presentation, Public Speaking and Share the Fun contests are all qualifying events for District 4-H Roundup. First and second places from each contest category advance to District. All 4-H’ers are encouraged to participate in county contests, including Clover Kids. However, only qualifying (1st and 2nd place) 4-H members ages 8 to 18 (3rd – 12th grades) can advance to District.
In qualifying events, only senior 4-H members (ages 14-18) who participate in the District 4-H Roundup, and place high enough, may advance to State Roundup. New Invitational contests are open to intermediates and seniors.
