Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses.

We are now offering a Blended Virtual Mental Health First Aid Training! This blended course consists of a 2 hour self-paced course that is to be completed by September 23, 2020. Upon registration and addition to the course, the self-paced link will be emailed to you. The virtual learning portion of 5.5 hours of the course will be on September 30, 2020 at 8 am. Links and more information will be sent upon registration.
