Master Gardener Volunteer Training

This class series is for those who want to volunteer for Texas A&M AgriLIFE Extension Service.  Master Gardeners provide educational programs for community groups and schools regarding horticulture.  They are also involved in plant research and provide educational booths at festivals & events.

Fall of 2019 – Master Gardener Volunteer Training

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., September 3, 2019 to October 22, 2019.

Cost for 50 hours of instruction and training manual is $220.00.  Three, Saturday field trips are part of the program.  Details will be announced at the orientation.

Orientation: August 20, 2019, 10:00 a.m., at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office, 410 N. 13th Avenue in Edinburg, Texas.
